Consumers' Association asked us to produce a report on how to approach the redesign of their magazine, which they received with unanimous, even embarrassing, exclamations of approval; when we proceeded to a series of trial cover designs and layouts they were received with even more embarrassing exclamations of disapproval. I still think that what we did was a good proposal so here it is, rejected but defiant.
